- Relieves Neck Tension: Place across the top of a 6” diameter foam roller to raise the head 2¼″ which helps prevent hyperextension of the cervical spine. Or use to cradle the head while using a Pilates Reformer/Cadillac.
- Stability Challenge: Place multiple Arches under a foam roller to raise the center of gravity. The instability increases the level of challenge during strength and balance movements including pelvic tilts, spine rolls, abdominal curls and more.
- Measurements and Composition: Measuring 5½” high x 10½” wide x 4¾” diameter. Constructed of professional-grade EVA foam that is easy to clean.
